NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Zoning Board of Appeals Village of Irvington Westchester County New York NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 224-98 of the Code of the Village of Irvington, that a public hearing will be held in Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, New York, on April 28, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., upon the application of Strawberry Hill Holdings LLC – 76 North Broadway (2.50-16-1.2) is seeking an interpretation of sections 224-82 and 224-85.1 of the Village Code for the above referenced property. Pursuant to section 224-83E, the applicant, an owner of adjoining property (2.50-19-21), seeks reversal of the site-capacity determination rendered on January 7, 2026 (filed on February 13, 2026) in relation to 76 North Broadway, on the following grounds: (1) failure to subtract the area of certain existing roads/driveways from gross site area, as required by section 224-82B; (2) failure to subtract the area of certain proposed roads/driveways from gross site area, as required by section 224-82D and section 224-85.1. All papers are on file at the office of the Irvington Village Clerk-Treasurer and the Irvington Library, open to public inspection during their business hours. All submissions can also be viewed online through the Village website, www.Irvingtonny.gov.
