Legal Notices ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Jamestown, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 200 East Third Street, Jamestown, NY to consider the following: 1. The petition of Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union, 168 East Fairmount Avenue, Lakewood, NY 14750, for a use variance on parcel 387.06-6-20 at 811 North Main Street, Jamestown, NY 14701, owned by Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union in a C-2 zone. 1) Section 300-0309: “warehousing” is not a permitted use in C-2 zoning and only allowed with ZBA approval in C-3, C-4, and C-M Districts (Section 300-31). · This application was previously tabled during the April 1, 2026 meeting. Notice is further given that persons in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard for or against the granting of the foregoing petition by the Zoning Board of Appeals by submitting their comments in writing via U.S. mail to the City Clerk’s Office, 200 East Third Street, Jamestown, NY 14701 or via email at clerk@jamestownny.gov .
