LEGAL NOTICE PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF AUSABLE: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Town of AuSable, Clinton County, New York will on the 22nd day of April 2026 hold a Public Hearing at the AuSable Town Hall, located at 111 AuSable Street, Keeseville at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the public hearing is for a 7 lot-subdivision of land owned by David RW Lessard & Lois Murray at 55 Hill Street, Keeseville, NY (315.16-2-3).
