LEGAL NOTICE KINGSTON PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF KINGSTON Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the City of Kingston will hold an in-person meeting, Monday, April 20, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in City Hall Conference Room #1. Public hear- ings will be held on the following applications: Ave- #36 Foxhall Avenue & #388 Hasbrouck nue LOT LINE REVISION of the Lands of S&S Re LLC. SBL 56.26-5-44. SEQR Determination. Ward 9. Transect Zone T5F. S&S Re LLC; appli- cant/owner. Broadway #693-701 SPECIAL PERMIT RE- NEWAL to operate a Radio Station. SBL 56.92-3-19.100. SEQR Determination. Ward 4. Transect Zone T5MS. Radio Kingston Corpo- ration; applicant/own- er. #25 Frog Alley SITE PLAN for a mixed resi- dential development with 40 residential units and 2 live-work units; and MAJOR WAIVER for alternative building type.
