THE LAGRANGE PLANNING BOARD hereby gives notice of a preliminary Public hearing to be held on May 21, 2026 at the LaGrange Town Hall located at 120 Stringham Road at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as it may appear on the agenda in the matter of the application of Mid Hudson Development, P. O. Box 636, Fishkill, NY 12524 for the granting of a 3 lot subdivision approval, by said Board of a proposed application identified as Arlington Estates and which site is located and described as Stringham Road and Kinkead Lane. Citizens and parties of interest shall be heard by the Planning Board at said public hearing. All maps and related documents are on file with the Planning Department during regular working hours Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm. 4/27/2026 12275091
