Inventory Notice: NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Section 501 RPTL) Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data are available for public examination. This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the 2026 Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Lake Luzerne. Said roll will be filed on or before May 1, 2026. The data may be reviewed at the Assessor’s Office located in the Town Center at 539 Lake Avenue, on Thursday, April 23, 2026, between the hours of 9:00am and 1:00pm.
