Niagara County Water District NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Administrative Board of the Niagara County Water District will hold a public hearing at the Niagara County Water District Service Center, 5450 Ernest Road, in the Town of Lockport, New York, on the 21st day of May, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to consider the appropriation of $1,800,000.00 from its reserve-sludge lagoon fund for costs associated with the removal of treatment plant residuals from the water treatment plant north lagoon.
