MAINE FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXPENDITURE FROM THE REPAIR RESERVE FUND PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Fire Commissioners of Maine Fire District No.1 on April 16, 2026, at 6:00pm at the Maine Fire Station, 29 McGregor Avenue, Maine, NY 13802 for the purpose of considering the appropriation of funds from the Repair Reserve Fund in an amount not to exceed thirty four thousand dollars and 00/100 cents ($34,000) to be used for the purpose of financing the replacement of the station's vehicle access apron for the Fire District's Firehouse. All persons interested in the matter will be heard at the above-described public hearing. Individuals have the right to provide written and oral comments concerning the proposed Repair Reserve Fund appropriations or any portion thereof. Persons with disabilities who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the Board of Fire Commissioners for assistance.
