NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) Hearing of Complaints Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Veteran, County of Chemung has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy of said roll has been left with the Town Clerk at 4049 Watkins Rd, Milliport NY 14864, where it may be seen or examined by any interested person until the Fourth Tuesday in May, at which time the board of assessment review wilt meet to hear complaints in relation to assessments. The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on Tuesday, May 5 and Tuesday, May 19 between the hours of 10am and 2pm and Monday, May 18 between the hours of 5pm and 7pm and Saturday, May 9 between the hours of 10am and 2pm. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, between the hours of 4pm and 8pm in said town to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved. A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment is available at the office of the assessor or the County Director of Real Property. Dated this 1st day of May, 2026 Assessor
