NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Section 506 and 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that as of May 1, 2026 the Assessor(s) of the Town of German Flatts, County of Herkimer, have completed the tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, and that a copy has been left at 66 E. Main St Mohawk, NY where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until Grievance Day. The Tentative Assessment Roll is also available for viewing on the Herkimer County website- https://www.herkimercounty.org/government/real-properties-tax-service.php per requirement of RPTL section 1590(2) A representative for the assessor(s) will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll at the Town of German Flatts, Office 66 E Main St., Mohawk, NY on the following days: Wednesday, May 13 Call for appointment Thursday, May 14 Call for appointment Friday, May 15 Call for appointment Saturday May 16 Call for appointment Please feel free to call me with any questions or concerns.
