Calendar No. ZB-26-1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Mount Vernon will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall on the application of Moheshwar Chandrapal (owner) for a use variance related to the reconstruction of an existing deteriorating residential building within the Neighborhood Business Zone, affecting the premises identified as the following Section, Block and Lot on the tax map of the City of Mount Vernon: 164.76-1070-14 and located at the following address: 16 N.
