ORLEANS COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF FILING OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Murray, County of Orleans, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that said roll will be filed May 1, 2026. The Tentative Assessment Roll may be viewed online at: www.townofmurrayny.gov The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 26th, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and until 8:00 p.m. in the Courtroom at 3840 Fancher Road, to hear and examine all written complaints in relation to assessments on the application RP524 of any person believing himself aggrieved. Entrance is at the rear of the building. The publication containing procedures for “Contesting Your Assessment in NYS” will be available at the Assessor’s Office or available online at www.tax.ny.gov.
