Legal Notice # 21933317 LEGAL NOTICE WATER AUTHORITY OF WESTERN NASSAU COUNTY NEW HYDE PARK, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 5, Title 8-C, Section 1198-f(21) of the Public Authorities Law, a Public Hearing will be held by the Water Authority of Western Nassau County (hereinafter, "Water Authority") with regard to fixing rates and collecting charges for the water services rendered and the water furnished by the Water Authority to its customers. The aforesaid Hearing shall be held as follows: Date: May 18, 2026 Time: 7:00 p.m. Location: 1580 Union Turnpike, New Hyde Park, New York All persons interested are invited to attend and shall have an opportunity to present oral and written statements or other documents concerning the proposed rates at the time and place aforesaid.
