PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, 7 Times Square, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10036 for consent to merge Adirondack Bank, 185 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501, into Arrow Bank National Association, 250 Glen Street, Glens Falls, New York 12801. The main office of Adirondack Bank will continue to operate as a branch of Arrow Bank National Association. In addition, the branches of Adirondack Bank will continue to be operated as branches of Arrow Bank National Association. At this time, it has been determined that the Adirondack Bank branch located at 448 Route 3, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 will be closed due to its proximity (approximately 200 yards) to another Arrow Bank National Association branch which will provide the services and products previously offered at the location to be closed. Arrow Bank National Association will continue to evaluate the footprint of the resulting organization for further optimization. This notice is published pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1828(c) and 12 C.F.R. Part 5. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file comments in writing with the Director for District Licensing at the OCC address listed above, or by emailing LicensingPublicComments@occ.treas.gov, on or before May 14, 2026, the closing date of the comment period. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the OCC as part of the public file. This file is available upon request. Requests for a copy of the non-confidential portions of the application should be sent to the Director for Licensing, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, 7 Times Square, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10036 or by emailing Licensing@occ.treas.gov.
