Public Hearing Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Newcomb Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Newcomb Community Center, located at 5005 State Route 28N, Newcomb, NY . The purpose of this Public Hearing is to receive public comments regarding a site plan review application submitted by Kodie Olbert, for the phase 0 of operation of a business called Cloudsplitter Resort and Tahawus Taproom, at his parents, Dave and Ruth Olbert’s, property located 5302 State Route 28N, Newcomb, NY 12852 . All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application and related documents are available for review at the Newcomb Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
