STOCKHOLM LEGAL NOTICE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Stockholm Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Municipal Building, Winthrop in the upstairs board meeting room. This meeting is on a request by James Bushey. He is requesting an area variance to reduce road frontage from 200 feet down to approximately 145 feet (current existing lot size). His intent is to obtain a permit to install electric, well and septic service. This property is located in the Town of Stockholm at 151 Porter Lynch Road, Norwood, NY; tax map #43.001-2-28.3.
