Variances to be heard are LaRock, Donald J. 324 Oak St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 TMN 59.030-3-14.1 applicant requests a 1’ to 5’ variance to the required SFR 20' setback to place a 22X40 foot garage that would run parallel to the sidewalk. Also to be heard is Pirie-St. Pierre, Mari for 401 State Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 TMN 48.079-16-10 Applicant requests variance for (1) off- street parking space. Written documents may be submitted via US mail to Planning Department, 330 Ford Street, Room 5, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 or email to dlangley@ogdensburg.org.
