PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF OTEGO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Otego, Is committed to further fair housing and equal opportunity The Village of Otego has adopted a Fair Housing Plan In accordance with Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968. Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 prohibits any person from discriminating in the sale or rental of housing because of race, creed, color, gender, national origin, familial status or disability. Complaints of such discrimination may be directed to the Villages Fair Housing Officer at the office of the Village of Otego, P.O. Box 105, 4 River Street, Otego, NY 13825 or by calling at (607) 988-9093.
