The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board conduct a Public Hear- ing on May 4, 2026 at 6:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard on the applica- tion by David Lang for Site Plan and Special Use Permit under Town Code Chapter 125, Sec- tion 125-72, and Section 125-65, respectively, for renovations of the home and garage including addition of a dormer to the house, addition of mini-split units on the house and garage, new windows, skylights, and siding and roofing for the proposed dormer at 16 Charles Street (TMP #135089-6069- 06-404994) within the RC-H (Rhinecliff Ham- let) Zoning District and Rhinecliff Overlay (Rc- O). The proposed action has been classified as Type II (617.5.c.1) under SEQRA for which coor- dinated environmental quality review is not re- quired.

All those having an in- terest in the applica- tion will be given an opportunity to be heard at the in- person Public Hearing being held at the Town of Rhinebeck Town Hall. The appli- cation and supporting information may be examined prior to the Public Hearing by ac- cessing the applica- tions link found on the Planning Board page of the Town of Rhine- beck website (https:// www.rhinebeckny.gov/ planning-board.html) or by contacting the Plan- ning Board Clerk for more information. The public may submit com- ments via email to the Planning Board Clerk no later than noon on May 1, 2026.
