Legal Notice # 21931903 Incorporated Village of Old Field Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Old Field shall hold a public hearing on April 21st at 6:00 pm at the Keepers Cottage, 207 Old Field Road, Setauket, New York 11733, to consider the following applications: 1. CONTINUATION - Application of 69 West Meadow LLC, as owner of property located at 69 West Meadow Road, Old Field, New York, also known and designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 203, Section 18, Block 3, Lot 11, which seeks a variance from Section 121-19 of the Old Field Village Code in order to rebuild the garage to a three-car garage with a gym and bedroom above the conservatory and plunge pool, sauna and driveway with landscaping on an undersized lot. This hearing is being continued from March 11, 2026. 2.
