Legal Notices NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL Town of Charlotte (Pursuant to section 506 and 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the assessor of the Town of Charlotte, County of Chautauqua, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with Susan Peacock, Town Clerk of the Town of Charlotte, at 8 Lester St., Sinclairville, New York, 14782, where it may be examined by any interested person until the FOURTH WEDNESDAY IN MAY. The assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on the following dates and times: May 4, 2026 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. May 9, 2026 8:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. (618 Center St., Cherry Creek) May 11, 2026 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. May 16, 2026 8:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. (618 Center St., Cherry Creek) The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 27, 2026, between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M., at the Charlotte/Gerry Assessor's Office, 8 Lester St.,Sinclairville, New York, 14782, in said town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
