PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF SOMERS WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NEW YORK PUBLIC NOTICE: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Town of Somers, Westchester County, New York, has scheduled a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Somers Town House, 335 Route 202, Somers, New York, to consider the application of James Lian (owner)/Nejame & Sons of Danbury, LLC (applicant) for a Wetland and Watercourse Protection Permit and Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control Permit. The applicant is proposing an inground pool with associated site improvements and a stormwater mitigation system within a wetland buffer area. The subject property is located at 20 Putney Road, is designated on the Town Tax Map as Sheet 5.18, Block 1, Lot 43 and is in an R-40 Zoning District. The proposal is more specifically shown on drawings titled: “Proposed Swimming Pool Site Plan & Details”, “Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Details” and “Grading, Drainage and Stormwater Management Plan”, prepared by Gregory J.
