TOWN OF ULSTER PUBLIC HEARING Board public a The Town of Ulster Town will conduct hearing for a special use permit for a solar energy facility located at 550 Woods Road, town of Ulster, UI- ster County, New York, SBL 48.14-1-1.112. The public hearing is sched- uled for Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 7:10 PM at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Ka- trine, New York 12449, for the purpose of hear- ing public comments. The Ulster Town Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. If spe- cial accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impair- ments, or those in need of translation from Eng- lish, those individuals should contact Town Supervisor James Quig- ley 3rd, at least one week in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrange- ments.
