LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESS- MENT ROLL AND HEARING OF COMPLAINTS (PUR- SUANT TO SECTIONS 506 AND 526 OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor for The City of Troy, Rensselaer County, NY, has com- pleted the Tentative Assessment Roll for the cur- rent year and a copy thereof has been filed with the City Clerk, where it may be seen and exam- ined by any person interested therein until the fourth Tuesday in May. The Assessor, or her designee, will be in atten- dance with the roll at City Hall, 433 River Street, Troy, NY on May 7, 4 pm - 8 pm, May 13, 9 am to 1 pm, May 16, 9 am to 1 pm, by appointment only and May 18, 12 pm to 4 pm. The Board of Assessment Review will meet at City Hall, 433 River Street, Troy, New York on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, between the hours of 10am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm, to hear complaints. Appoint- ments will be assigned when the RP-524 form and supporting documentation are filed at the Assess- ment Office. A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment can be obtained online at http://www.tax.ny.gov/pit/property/ contest/contestasmt.htm or are available at the Assessment Office.
