a TOWN OF ULSTER PUBLIC HEARING RESCHEDULED The Town of Ulster Town Board will conduct public hearing for a special use permit for a solar energy facility located at 550 Woods Road, town of Ulster, Ulster County, New York, SBL 48.14-1-1.112. The public hearing has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 7:20 PM at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York 12449, for the purpose of hearing public com- ments. The Ulster Town Hall is accessible to per- sons with disabilities. If special tions accommoda- are needed for persons with disabili- ties, those with hearing impairments, or those in need of translation from English, those indi- viduals should contact Town Supervisor James Quigley 3rd, at least one week in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrange- ments.
