PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Kinderhook Planning Board will hold Public Hearing(s) pursuant to Article VII, Chapter 250-50, of the Code of the Town of Kinderhook on the following application(s):

(1) 7:03 pm – Backyard Outfitters, LLC - Site Plan Review for a shed display and sales lot on the corner of US Route 9 and Herrick Road, Kinderhook, tax parcel ID: 22.-1-81.

Said Hearing(s) to be held on the 19th day of March, 2026, at the Kinderhook Town Hall, 3211 Church Street, Valatie, NY, at which time all interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard. Additional information regarding these applications can be obtained by contacting the Secretary for the Planning Board. By Order of the Board. Respectfully submitted, Nataly D.
