Public Hearing Notice The Warrensburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on May 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m, at the Emerson Memorial Town Hall, 3797 Main St., Warrensburg, NY to consider the following application: Appl. # ZBA 2026-1 by Karl Duell, for an area variance for property located at 15 James St, Warrensburg, NY, Tax Map # 211.13-5-1, Warrensburg Code, Chapter 211, Zoning, Article X, Residential/Recreation, to allow construction of a gazebo 3 ft. from the left side property line, where the minimum setback requirement is 10 ft. Persons wishing to appear at said hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
