All Town of Brutus , Village of Weedsport Residents: Please take notice that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Wednesday April 22, at 7:00 pm in the Town of Brutus Municipal Building located at 9021 North Seneca St., Weedsport NY 13166, for the following proposal(s): SD26-002: REED, MOLLY: PUBLIC HEARING: 2-LOT SUBDIVISION: 2816 DOWNS RD.: TAX MAP #89.00-1-5.2: 10 ACRES: AR/AG RESIDENTIAL.

All people will be heard in favor of or against said application. Copies of the proposed application(s) and plan(s) can be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s office during regular office hours.

A regular meeting will follow the Public Hearing.
