Cayuga County SWCD Hydromulch Bid

INVITATION TO BIDDERS

The Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District, Cayuga County, New York, will receive sealed bids for hydromulch/hydroseeding supplies and fertilizer, as per specifications found in the bid packet.

Bid proposals will be received until 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at the office of the Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District, 7413 County House Road, Auburn, NY 13021. Bids will be opened promptly at 10:05 A.M. on the bid due date. Bids will not be accepted any later than 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Facsimile bids will not be accepted. E-mailed bids will be accepted. However, the Cayuga County SWCD is not responsible for the guaranteed receipt of any bids submitted electronically. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the bid is received by the bid deadline and in the proper format.

The District Board reserves the right to waive any information in bids and to reject any/or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

The specifications and bid documents are available at the Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District located on 7413 County House Road, Auburn, NY 13021 or by calling 315-252-4171, ext. 4 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Those receiving electronic copies are responsible for verifying receipt of all documents.

Bids to be submitted net, less all taxes, delivered to Auburn, NY.

Attention of the bidders is particularly called to those important specifications, provided in the Bid Instructions, in which the bidder must supply certain definite information.

The information given must be complete enough to enable those who consider the various bids to compare the offerings of one bid with another.

FAILURE TO FURNISH ALL INFORMATION REQUIRED MAY BE SUFFICIENT CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF BID.
