ERIE COUNTY RFP COUNTY OF ERIE 95 FRANKLIN STREET DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, BUFFALO, NY 14202 RECREATION & FORESTRY County of Erie, New York Request For Proposals The Erie County Department of Parks, Recreation & Forestry is seeking proposals, RFP #2026-022VF for the Elma Meadows Golf Course Concessions, and RFP #2026-021VF for the Grover Cleveland Golf Course Concessions. The RFPs can be found at www.erie.gov and a complete copy of the package can be obtained by contacting Jacqueline Todorov at Jacqueline.Todorov@erie.gov. All correspondence, communications and/or contact with the County in regard to any aspect of this proposal shall be with Nicole Ruberto, Deputy Commissioner of Recreation, at Nicole.Ruberto@erie.gov. Prospective proponents, or their representatives, shall not make contact with or communicate with any representatives of the County, including employees and consultants, other than the designated person in regard to any aspect of this proposal. Final sealed proposals are due to the Department of Parks, Recreation & Forestry at 95 Franklin Street, Room 1260, Buffalo, NY 14202 by 3:00 PM on Monday, March 16, 2026.
