State University of New York at Buffalo State will receive sealed Proposals for Term Construction Contracts, until 11:00am Local Time on March 27, 2026 . Submission of two original executed copies of the Bid Form per trade and all attachments specified in the Project Manual are required in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. Bid is for term contracts for time and material type work, not to exceed $100,000, for the following trades:

Sealed bids shall be submitted and mailed or delivered to SUNY Buffalo State, Facilities Design & Construction, Attn: Carrie Pavis, Clinton Center, Room 225, Buffalo, NY, 14222. Bids will be opened publicly at Business Operations, Clinton Center, Room 106, Buffalo, NY 14222. For each proposal submitted, the following information will be read aloud: 1) name of contractor; 2) trade for which they are bidding; and 3) The markup percentages entered on the Bid Form Buffalo State University will review all bids and verify accuracy of minimum qualifications and submission of all required documents. Bidders will be formally notified of the official results in writing within one week from the bid opening.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held March 13, 2026, at 11:00am .with all potential bidders assembling at Business Operations, Clinton Center, Room 106, Buffalo, NY 14222. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Term Contracts for Trades Information for Bidders including completed Bid Form, proof of Minimum Qualification, New York State Finance Law §§139-j and 139-k, Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority and women owned business enterprise and service-disabled veteran owned business participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are required to make a good faith effort to meet diversity goals set forth on these contracts. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
