ESSEX COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL LEGAL NOTICE Request for Proposals - The Town of Chesterfield is seeking proposals for the implementation of a project to update and consolidate the community's existing zoning code and land use laws into a Unified Land Use and Zoning Law, pursuant to New York State Town Laws §264 and §276-278 which empower municipalities to adopt zoning regulations and authorize subdivision review and plat approval procedures. It is anticipated that the project will involve NYS Smart Growth grant funding. The Town of Chesterfield is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBES), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs), as well as Section 3 businesses, are encouraged to submit responses to this request.
