NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Florida Fire District in the Village of Florida, County of Orange, New York on March 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the firehouse located at 19 South Main Street, Florida, New York for an SCBA Breathing Air Compressor. Specifications may be obtained at the office of Kornfeld, Rew, Newman & Simeone at the address listed below during regular business hours. Proposals must be sealed in an envelope on which it is clearly stated “Bid for SCBA Breathing Air Compressor” and shall be addressed to Suzanne Greenhill, Secretary, P.O. Box 95, Florida, New York 10921, and received by her by mail prior to 2:00 p.m. on March 2, 2026, or delivered to her personally at the firehouse located at 19 South Main Street, Florida, New York prior to 7:00 p.m. on March 2, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read on March 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the firehouse located at 19 South Main Street, Florida, New York. The award of bid pursuant to this notice is subject to appropriation of funds for this purpose in accordance with the applicable provisions of the General Municipal Law.
