LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE AT

OAKVIEW CEMETERY

The Frankfort Town Board requests sealed bids for Lawn Maintenance for Oakview Cemetery located on Cemetery Street, Frankfort, N.Y. Bid specifications can be obtained from the Town Clerk’s Office, 201 Third Ave, between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm.

Bids will be accepted up to no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2026 by the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, 201 Third Ave, Frankfort, NY, and publicly opened at the meeting of the Frankfort Town Board on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM.

All Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and the name “ LAWN MAINTENANCE—OAKVIEW CEMETERY”.

The Frankfort Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
