GREENE COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL GREENVILLE FIRE DITRICT # 1 GREENVILLE NY 12083 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR LAWN MOWING The Greenville Fire District #1, Greenville NY 12083 is seeking proposal for Lawn Mowing and Weed Whacking at the Greenville and Norton Hill Stations for the 2026 Season. Contractor must have insurance and name the Fire District as additional insured. Please mail proposals to address below: Or email to: secretarygfd11@gmail.com Bids are to be received no later than 7:00 pm on April 21, 2026. Bids should be in a sealed envelope clearly marked LAWN MOWING BID. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the April 21, 2026 meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners Meeting at 7pm EST on Tuesday at the Greenville Firehouse, 11176 State Route 32, Greenville NY 12083. Bids will be reviewed and the winning bidder will be notified via phone the next business day. Copies of terms, conditions and specifications may be obtained by calling Clifton Drollette (518)772-9950 or Clifton Powell Jr. (518)376-2453, or by emailing: secretarygfd11@gmail.com . The successful bidder will be required to enter into a written contract with the Greenville Fire District # 1.
