Village of Hamburg Issued: February 27, 2026 100 Main Street Proposals Due: March 23, 2026 Hamburg, NY 14075 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS VILLAGE OF HAMBURG YOUTH CENTER BUILDING CONDITION REPORT The Village of Hamburg requests proposals from consultants to provide a comprehensive building condition report of the Village of Hamburg Memorial Youth Center located at 200 Prospect Ave, Hamburg, NY 14075. The objective of the report is to help guide the Village of Hamburg’s decision-making process for prioritizing future improvements at this well-utilized recreation center. The scope of work includes the execution of a detailed site survey/review, review of relevant building documents, the creation of a report and worklist, as well as client meetings.
