Any questions must be submitted in writing to the contact listed for this project. NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Jamestown is requesting sealed bids for: Janitorial Supplies and Paper Products NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals for furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor required for the subject project, will be received and considered by the CITY OF JAMESTOWN Department of Public Works up until 9:00 AM on March 11, 2026. Either: 1.) HARD COPY – at the office of the City Clerk, Municipal Building, 200 E. Third Street, Jamestown, NY 14701, OR 2.) electronically via the BidNet Direct platform – https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/jamestownnydpw , and Then, at 9:30 AM in the office of the Department of Public Works, 145 Steele Street, Jamestown, NY 14701, they will be publicly opened and read aloud.. This project is for the furnishment and delivery of material as specified in this project. Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of the City of Jamestown Department of Public Works, 145 Steele Street, Jamestown, NY 14701. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days of the date of the receipt of bids. Proposals are to be submitted on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Bids must be sealed in an envelope marked “BID DOCUMENTS”, project name, bidder’s name and address, date and time of opening. The right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any inconsistencies in, or to make any award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Jamestown, and in accordance with the law, are herewith reserved.
