WARREN COUNTY NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Warren County Purchasing Department, located on the 3rd Floor of the Human Services Building at 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845, will receive sealed bids until 3:00pm on Thursday, April 30, 2026 for WC 17-26 - Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) Procurement, FAA A.I.P. 3-36-07X-2026, more specifically an all-wheel drive dual diesel-powered carrier vehicle with an eighteen foot runway broom with high velocity air blast system. This project is to be financed in part by a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP). Award of contract is subject to the approval of the FAA, Warren County, and The Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport. All bids will be publicly opened and read at the above time. Invitations to Bid form and Specifications may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Department at 518-761-6531 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or by downloading the invitation to bid form from the Empire State Bid System at www.EmpireStateBidSystem.com. Late bids by mail, courier or in person will be refused. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
