TOWN OF MONTGOMERY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that proposals will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Montgomery, 110 Bracken Road, Montgomery, NY 12549 until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, the 2nd day of April, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and reviewed for janitorial cleaning services for multiple Town Buildings and Offices. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the above address. They shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and be marked accordingly. Proposal packets are available to interested parties at the Office of the Town Clerk, 110 Bracken Road, Montgomery, NY 12549. A pre-proposal walkthrough of the properties can be scheduled through the Office of the Supervisor. All bids must be accompanied by a certificate executed pursuant to section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
