ESSEX COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Town of Moriah will accept sealed bids for: Joyce Road over Tributary to Roe Pond - Culvert Replacement in the Town of Moriah, Essex County, New York, FEMA DR-4814-NY, Project #760224 Contract will be awarded based upon the lowest qualified bid. Contract Documents (including Invitation to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Wage Rates, Bid Documents, Agreement, Special Notes, Specifications, Contract Drawings and any Addenda) may be obtained by contacting the Town of Moriah Town Clerk at townclerk@townofmoriahny.gov or online on the Essex County Purchasing Department website at www.co.essex.ny.us/Bidders Bids to be considered must be received in a sealed envelope at the office of Rose French, Town Clerk, Town of Moriah, 38 Park Place, Port Henry, NY 12974 by 11:00 AM, local time, on Friday, March 27, 2026 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
