ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Town of Spafford, New York invites sealed bids for the demolition and removal of a residential structure and accessory outbuilding located at 150 Spafford Landing Road, Spafford, NY, Tax Map ID 030.-20-06.0. The project includes demolition of a 1.5-story cottage (approximately 1,296 square feet) and one small detached outbuilding, debris removal, and site restoration. Sealed bids clearly marked “Bid – Demolition Project, 150 Spafford Landing Road” must be submitted to: Town of Spafford 1984 State Route 174 Skaneateles, N.Y. 13152 Bids will be received until May 14, 2026 7:00pm EST at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk’s Office or on the Town website. All bids must comply with applicable requirements of the New York State Department of Labor and other applicable laws.
