COLUMBIA COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Town of Austerlitz Columbia County New York Public Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Austerlitz, Columbia County, New York, is soliciting sealed bids for the furnishing of Lawn Cutting and Ground Maintenance for Town properties. Bids must be sealed and be received by mail or delivery to the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, PO Box 238, 816 Route 203, Spencertown, New York, 12165 no later than 9:00 am on April 16, 2026, when they will be opened and read aloud. Bids will be awarded within a reasonable amount of time thereafter. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Non-collusive bidding certificates must accompany all bids. Required bid forms and additional bid information are available at the Austerlitz Town Clerk’s Office (518-392-3260, ext 300), shaag@austerlitzny.com or online at austerlitzny.gov.
