Bids are for landscaping at Station #1 located at 738 Sheridan Drive, Town of Tonawanda and Station #2 located at 1708 Military Road, Town of Tonawanda and 1704 Military Road, Town of Tonawanda.




GENERAL DUTIES AND SPECIFICATIONS

The Fire District engages the services of the Contractor to perform general Landscaping Maintenance services at the premise known as Sheridan Park Fire District #4, Station #1 and Station #2, and adjacent property at 1704 Military Rd owned by the Fire District. Among the contractors duties will be: (April 1 st through October 31 st , 2026)

1. Weekly lawn cutting (approximately 24 cuts).

2. Bed Maintenance weekly.

3. Power edge sidewalks bi-weekly.

4. Weed-whack along fenced area bi-weekly

5. Pick-up debris on entire property weekly.

6. Take all cuttings and debris away.

7. Trim shrubs as needed.

8. Statement of liability insurance.




Total maintenance bid – will be paid in seven (7) monthly payments, April through October 2026. (Tax exempt)
