TOWN OF VOLNEY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CDBG GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES The Town of Volney, Oswego County, New York, is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Grant Administration Services for a project funded in part through the New York State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, administered by New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR). The project consists of administrative services associated with the: County Route 6 / Maple Avenue Water District Project Services include grant administration, financial management, reporting, federal compliance oversight, and project closeout in accordance with CDBG requirements.
