NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2026-2030 SEPTIC TANK PUMPING AND SEPTAGE DISPOSAL CONTRACT VILLAGE OF WAMPSVILLE Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Wampsville Clerk/Treasurer at 118 North Court Street, Wampsville, New York until 6:30 p.m. on May 5, 2026, for the digging up the top of the tank, pumping septage from septic tanks into a septage hauling vehicle for delivery and ultimate disposal and filling back in the top for the Village of Wampsville. Bid specifications may be obtained by calling the Wampsville village offices at (315) 363-5810 Tuesday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., or by sending an email to wampsvilleny@verizon.net. All proposals must be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope in accordance with the bid specifications. The winning bidder must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor and agree to prevailing wage and other federal, state and local employment requirements. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the regular 6:30 p.m. meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Wampsville on May 5, 2026. The winning bidder will be notified by email or telephone. The Village of Wampsville reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason and readvertise the same.
