WATERVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed Proposals for: WATERVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT CAPITAL PROJECT - RECONSTRUCTION MEMORIAL PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - SED NO. 41-19-02-04-0-003-021 JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL - SED NO. 41-19-02-04-0-008-018 BUS GARAGE - SED NO. 41-19-02-04-5-001-012 The project includes Sitework, General, Roofing, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Construction Contracts for reconstruction work associated with the Capital Project at the Memorial Park Elementary School, Jr/Sr High School, and Bus Garage for Waterville Central School District. Bids will be received by Waterville Central School District on Wednesday, April 29 th , 2026, at 3:00 PM local time, at which time Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please forward/mail your deposit checks to Plan & Print Systems for processing , but make the checks payable to “ Waterville Central School District ”. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit for the Contract Documents. * Only complete sets will be issued. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge, payable by separate check to Plan & Print Systems, Inc . Return of Contract Documents : Upon returning sets promptly to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. , in re-usable condition, within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: 1. The Board of Education, above named, reserves the right to waive any irregularity and reject any or all Bids. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and attached wage rates schedule to be paid under this Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Board of Education further reserves its right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the “Instructions to Bidders”.
