PUBLIC NOT ICE REQUEST FOR BIDS TO PURCHASE PROPERTY OWNED BY THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF WESTHAMPTON BEACH The Board of Trustees of the Village of Westhampton Beach (the "Village") is soliciting written bids for all cash sale of an unused vacant parcel of real property approximately 1.8 acres in area owned by the Village located on Redfield Place off Percy Street (paper roads) in Westhampton, New York, SCTM No. 0900-354-04.00-0119.000 (the "Property"). The Property is located in the R40 Zone of the Town of Southampton and may be improved with a single-family residence, but only after improving the abutting paper roads to the specifications contained in Southampton Town Board Resolution RES-2025-760 (5/27/2025). Copies of the survey of the Property and Town Board Resolution RES-2025-760 are available on request from the Village Clerk. The Property is offered "as is," except that the Village will agree to deliver insurable title. The successful bidder will be expected to enter into a contract for the sale of the Property and provide a downpayment of ten (10) percent of the purchase price within ten (10) business days after the bid is accepted and pay the remainder and close title within thirty (30) days thereafter. Bids must be received by June 5, 2026, at 11 :00 a.m. and must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to "Village of Westhampton Beach Real Property Sale RFP, c/o Denise Mordente, Village Clerk, Village Hall, 165 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach, New York 11978.
