ESSEX COUNTY BID NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westport will accept sealed bids for: Ledge Hill Road over Hoisington Brook Culvert Replacement in the Town of Westport, Essex County, New York, FEMA DR-4723-NY, PW 336 Contract will be awarded based upon the lowest qualified bid. Contract Documents, including Invitation to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Wage Rates, Bid Documents, Agreement, Special Notes, Specifications, Contract Drawings and any Addenda, may be obtained by contacting the Town of Westport Town Clerk at townclerk@westportny.net or online on the Essex County Purchasing Department website at www.co.essex.ny.us/Bidders. Bids to be considered must be received in a sealed envelope at the office of Kate Simmer, Town of Westport Town Clerk, 22 Champlain Ave, Westport, NY 12993 by 3:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
