Plaintiff designates ORANGE County as the place of trial based on the location of the mortgaged premises in this action.
Plaintiff's principal place of business is c/o NewRez LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, 55 Beattie Place, Suite 100, Greenville, South Carolina 29601.
WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-6, ASSET- BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, Plaintiff, -against- BARRY RAFFERTY AS HEIR AT LAW AND NEXT OF KIN TO BERNADETTE M. RAFFERTY A/K/A B.M.
