GERARDI; COUNTY Plaintiff, CLERK OF THE SUFFOLK COUN- TY TRAFFIC & PARKING VIOLA- TIONS AGENCY; EAST BAY ASSOCIATES; NATALIE GERARDI; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMA- HA, a Subsidiary of First National Bank of Nebraska, Inc.; and DELLEIA GERARDI, Defendants. SUMMONS WITH NOTICE Index No. 615776/2025 TO: NATALIE GERARDI: YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon plaintiff's attorneys an answer to the complaint in this action within twenty (20) days after the service of this summons, exclu- sive of the day of service, or with- in thirty (30) days after service is complete if the summons is not personally served upon you within the State of New York. The relief sought is the foreclosure of the mortgage lien and the public sale of the mortgaged premises and in case of your failure to appear, judgment may be taken against you extinguishing any interest or judgment lien you may have in the mortgaged premises.
